• Account information (Name, email address, password hashes).
• TMP Assessment response data (text responses or voice recordings).
• Daily commitment progress and compliance logs.
• Stall reflections (descriptions of what impeded your commitments).

2. Audio Retention Policy

In accordance with our strict data minimisation standards, raw voice recordings collected during assessments are stored securely in temporary object storage. They are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of successful transcription.

3. Third-Party AI Integrations

We process transcripts and reflections using secure, API-driven AI services (such as Groq and Deepseek). We transmit only normalized, anonymous text segments. No raw voice files, passwords, or personal identifying identifiers are ever shared with AI providers.

4. User Rights

You maintain final authority over your data. At any time, you can export your complete history or submit a permanent deletion request via your account settings.
